​Obedience & Socialization Program

Snake River Canine is now offering a local Board & Train option for clients who want their dogs to participate in our popular Obedience and Socialization Program. We specialize in puppy and young dog developmental training with a focus on basic obedience, kennel training, leash training, manners, and socialization. However, we can work with dogs of any age and size from toy to giant breeds. We have a family-style training program where dogs train and live with us on our 20+ acre farm. With lots of room to run and exercise and a structured daily routine, dogs can learn by doing and having a little fun while they are here. Specialty training is also available for scent detection, herding, & Service Dog. We also offer private lessons for clients who want to learn how to work with and train their own dogs. Dogs must be 4-5 months old minimum for our Board & Train program and must be complete and up-to-date on their vaccinations and worming. Clients with puppies younger than 5 months can contact us for private instruction on puppy raising and training until their puppy is old enough to enter our program.
